I pulled in to the drive thru at 9:17pm, pulled away at 9:55, on a Tuesday night. That's fine, it was my choice not to cook, and wait for food. The crew was polite and seemed to be doing best they could. Chicken tenders have gotten a little bigger since the last time, when they were as small as the dipping sauce container, honestly! The Signature Sandwich was a complete waste, except the dog loved it. Barely a drop of sauce and some kind of nasty taste to the chicken. None of the toppings that were pictured on it, just 3 pickles on a dried out piece of chicken.

My order was called in a day in advance (problem with website processing order), and the employee taking order asked for my phone number. When I showed up, the order wasn't completed because they ran out of the wing sauce I requested and they said they couldn't call me because they couldn't find my number (true, saw the sheet--need to utilize spreadsheet for call-in orders, not random notes on blank paper). Both managers there handled the situation really well and made me happy, despite making me late for my event and running out of the product I needed. I really appreciated them working quickly to fill my order and make sure I was happy. If I hadn't been a Zaxby's fanatic for all these years, I'd have been irritated enough not to return to this location. The food was great, they worked fast to correct the problem, and I will return because of that.

Edit for visit 8.2024 I don’t frequent this restaurant and I’m usually a drive through customer. Today we all went in for lunch. I was very surprised at how dirty and sticky the floor was as you came in the door. The restroom was a little messy but not terrible. The drink machine looked really dirty so I didn’t get a drink. We got our food. It was hot and fresh. We sat down in the cleanest booth we could find. They all really look like they need a good cleaning. I was really surprised that the inside of the dining room was so dirty. ——————————— Consistently good food each time I've visited lately Update Recently tried the Philly chicken sandwich. We got a fried one and a grilled one. I have to say the grilled one was better only because the fried tasted like the oil needed changing. The fries weren’t hot which was a bummer

The food was hot and fresh. The speed was average. It was peak lunchtime on a weekday. The Freestyle drink machine was awful, but it seems a lot of them are not mixing the carbonation correctly in my experience. Customer service was top notch with every guest.

Chicken was hot. The cheese curds were cold and stale, wont order those again. They put the chocolate bar in the feastable and it ruined the chocolate. Bread was not toasted, it was just a slice of bread, not sure how that happens

Stopped in the other night and had the zaxby club. The cashier was very friendly and our order was really quick and hot.
